Service Description
Please join me every other Friday morning for the months of June, July and August for a mother’s circle, held at my private residence in Beckenham. This will be a structured but relaxed circle where we will have the opportunity to connect and ground using some basic methods including mindful breathing, visualisations and gentle movement. Once we have opened the circle in this way and arrived, I will then invite shares from each and everyone in the circle. You do not have to share if you would prefer not to. At this time, we get to practice active listening so that everyone that wants to speak is heard. After this we will have the opportunity for general conversation over tea and something to eat. Booking is via my website, there are a maximum of 10 places and a minimum of 5. Arrive at 10.30 am and allow approx. 2 hours. Booking is free, contributions are welcome. Please bring a small snack to share, teas and coffees will be provided. Babies welcome, older children can be accommodated for as well, please discuss your needs with me first.
