Create a better understanding of the menstruation cycle, learn about its different seasons, the changes that happen through each cycle and the connection to the seasons of the year, and the seasons of a woman’s life.
Discover the different aspects of each cycle and how it can bring a deeper sense of connection and personal authority.
Learn how to work with your cycle and how it can be a great source of power.
Help your daughter through their rite of passage and gain the knowledge that so many of us didn’t receive.
A space to ask questions, what’s normal? What does it mean? How can I help navigate this?
