Booking details
All classes are in blocks of 4/5/6 weeks long. Please check the dates when you book as refunds are not available.
You can come and try the class first as a one off before you commit to a block, to arrange this please email me lucy@lucyamusan.com
If you are unable to make a lesson, you have the option to make this up at the Saturday or Monday class at any point during your block subject to space.
No classes can be carried over to the next block.
If you give birth during your block, please let me know as soon as you can and any unused classes can be carried over to Postnatal Yoga – to be used within 6 months of having your baby.

Priority of booking for the next block will be given to those currently attending the class before opening spaces up to the waitlist.

Bring your birthing partner along to class with you
Together I will show you practical ways to support yourself during labour and birth.
This will include birthing positions, breathing techniques, massage and pressure points.
This is a great way to not only involve your birth partner but to also get them prepared.
Spaces are limited to a max of 6 couples.

Who are these classes for?
These classes are suitable for women from 14 weeks pregnant and are safe right up until delivery. They are especially for the mothers that are nervous, shy, physically and emotionally drained, for the mothers that need support and understanding as well as to find ways to support their pregnancies both physically and emotionally.

These classes provide a safe and welcoming environment.
The exercises and techniques support your pregnancy helping alleviate common issues such as heart burn, breathlessness, back ache and more.
Develop ways and means for calming your nervous systems and start the journey of bonding with your baby.
Discover the benefits of deep relaxation.
Learn practical ways to help with the birth including different birthing positions and breathing techniques.
Build a support network with other mums in the local area, every class has time for discussion on topics from preparing for the birth and 4th trimester, attachment parenting and much more.
Class structure?
Classes are different each week and tend to work to the needs of the group. All classes will include time for discussion, pelvic floor exercises, breath work, nurturing yoga and relaxation.
A peaceful and non judgemental space to connect with other mothers and with yourself. Invaluable information and support from Lucy.
