Service Description
These Pregnancy Yoga classes: *Support the body as it changes during Pregnancy *Are safe to do from 14 weeks until birth *Work in co-operation with your body and baby *Create time and space for initial bonding during Pregnancy *Cultivate a calmer more relaxed Pregnancy *Prepares you for birth *Helps relieve and prevent back ache, hip pain including sciatica, indigestion, heart burn, insomnia *Build a relationship with local mums and have an opportunity to discuss a range of topics *Learn breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, birthing positions and more.
