Mother and Daughter Circles - Autumn

Service Description

4 workshops taking you and your daughter through the 4 seasons of the menstruation cycle. Each session will focus on a specific time in the cycle We will spend time to welcome and establish the group We will discuss and give information about our cycle, starting with Spring and moving through each of the season in turn. If you attend all 4 workshops you will create a full map of the cycle. There will be some movement, which might be partner stretches, restorative poses, dancing etc.
